Digital tools for Canadian non-profits.
Sized for real budgets.

For social-services organizations, community groups, and charities on $200K-$5M budgets. Right-sized CRM (not Salesforce-overkill), outcome tracking, donor analytics, and digital literacy training. We charge sliding-scale rates and we don't try to sell you systems your team can't maintain.

Non-profit workspace: laptop with outcome-tracking dashboard, mission binders, a 'Together We Can Create Change' poster — the resource-constrained reality this page serves.

Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud is overkill. NeonCRM is "too complex." There's a gap.

The patterns we see in mid-size Canadian non-profit engagements:

Tools that don't fit the budget

"Free for non-profits" usually means free for the first 10 users, then enterprise pricing. The free tier doesn't cover what you actually need.

Outcomes nobody can prove

Funders want outcome reporting. Your team has stories. Bridging that gap with real data is the work.

Volunteer turnover

Documentation lives with the person who built it. They move on; the system breaks.

Funder reporting deadlines

Quarterly grant reports are a fire drill. The dashboard exists, in theory, somewhere on someone's laptop.

Patterns we ship for non-profit clients.

  • Right-sized CRMs. HubSpot Starter (free for non-profits), Airtable, or a small Power Apps build — configured around your actual donor / participant / case workflows.
  • Outcome-tracking dashboards. Looker Studio (free) or Power BI dashboards on top of Google Workspace or M365 data. Funder-ready exports built in.
  • Donor analytics. Cohort retention, average gift size, lapsed-donor identification, end-of-year campaign performance.
  • Branded websites. Custom HTML/CSS sites with content management your communications lead can actually update.
  • Digital literacy programs. Our 32-module curriculum, deliverable to your participants or your staff. Full program details →
  • Volunteer onboarding kits. Documentation + Loom videos + role-specific access setup so new volunteers can ramp without burning a month of staff time.

Quick win

Designed and delivered a 6-module workshop series — file basics, email, documents, and entry-level data skills. Built the org's website and a lightweight outcome-tracking system on Google Workspace + Looker Studio so they could measure placement themselves. 42 participants completed; placement outcomes were trackable for the first time. The org runs the curriculum and the dashboard themselves now.

Real budgets, real rates.

We charge non-profits at 50-70% of our commercial rates depending on org size and budget. Some pro-bono work for organizations under $500K. We're transparent about it — tell us your budget on the fit call and we'll tell you what's possible.

Common questions from non-profit leaders.

Will you teach our team or do we depend on you forever?

Knowledge transfer is the deliverable. Stage 05 (Enablement) is built into every engagement — documentation, Loom walkthroughs, hands-on training. Independence by design.

Can we use free / non-profit tiers of tools?

Yes, and we lean into them when they fit. HubSpot for Non-Profits, Microsoft 365 for Non-Profits, Google for Non-Profits, Looker Studio (free). We'll only recommend paid tiers when they earn it.

Do you do one-time projects or only ongoing engagements?

Both. A defined-scope project (e.g., "build us a donor dashboard") makes sense for many non-profits. Multi-stage end-to-end engagements are reserved for orgs that need the full lift.

Are you a charity yourself?

No, we're a for-profit consultancy. But community giveback (the 32-module curriculum, the workshop series, the sliding-scale rate) is built into how we operate. More on the community side →
